Diggers Rest War Memorial Unveiling Service
Sunday, 9th August 2015, 2:00 pm

In 2015, Diggers Rest will unveil its first War Memorial Park and Monument to commemorate 100 years since the ANZAC.

The project is sponsored by St Genevieve Estate, Diggers Rest Primary School, the Australian Government, the Melton City Council, and the Lions Club of Diggers Rest.

We would like to make this a significant time for the community and the ancestors of those local people who served in the Great War.

The date set for the unveiling of the Diggers Rest War Memorial is Sunday, 9th August 2015 at 2:00 pm to commemorate the battle of Amien.

Join this momentous occasion.
